Sales & Marketig Executive
Sales & Marketing Executive

Our client a new and growing business is currently looking for a bright and ambitious sales/marketing executive to join their winning team.
The role will report directly into Director level and will involve the management of a team of field based business executives.
This is an exciting role for the right candidate fit, with potential to grow and develop from executive level into management of the business unit.
This position will involve working Tuesday ? Saturday. (A possibility of working Saturday off site is open)

Role Description:

? Reporting directly to the director of the business the successful candidate will be involved in the development and implementation of business development initiatives and follow up on queries coming from existing marketing campaigns
? Dealing with both in and out bound calls regarding services
? Development of innovative and dynamic up selling and cross selling opportunities with new and existing clients
? Supporting new product & new service development
? Implementation of initiatives to increase business from in house sales and marketing teams
? Involvement in the development of programs for customer retention and business
? Management of a team of hands on field executives who will be working face to face with the clients on a daily basis
? Organization and management of team diaries
? Ensuring effective delivery of service through clear and defined organization of logistics
? Establishment of a clear and effective working relationship with on site and off site managers
? All general office duties involved in the running of an efficient and fast paced office environment

Candidate Profile:

? Previous experience working within a dynamic marketing role and or a marketing qualification or background
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to think on your feet and have a very hands on approach to work l
? A passionate and motivated individual who wants to understand and meet client?s needs
? Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
? Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
? Excellent reporting skills
? Ambition to learn and grow within role
? A focused team player with the ability to drive and motivate a team
? The ability to take initiative and ownership of issues


Essential Technical Skills:

? Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint
? Database management
